The use of focus group methodology

To present the diversity of Multifunctional Agriculture, one representative (expert) from each relevant sector (agriculture, health, education and justice) will be selected. These representatives will together form up one focus group in each participant country, chaired by the main project partner.

The focus groups will accompany the whole project with the following objectives:

  • to represent the specific needs of the individual sectors
  • to evaluate the expert text  and the curriculum
  • to exploit the curriculum in the various sectors.

There will be three focus group meetings in the course of the whole project and a regular exchange between project partners and experts.
